Dining at the Den The food at the Bards Den always features fresh local and Irish produce where possible and when in season. Crab, mussels, scallops, pollock and salmon are all sourced locally. Trout, brill and more are harvested off the west coast. Lamb dishes are prepared from Connemara lamb and feature Irish Stew, Rack of Lamb, Lamb Shank, Centreloin Lamb Cutlets and Roast Leg of Lamb.
